This kit is now available in two different options...
1. Complete kit with JR Clutch (clutch included). The rest of the parts required are still from CenturyHeli.
2. Our first kit without the Clutch (everything else is included)...This kit is compatible with CenturyHeli Clutch (clutch not included)
Cheers
Hi Ali!
We are from Romania, and we bought from you a conversion kit for the Align T-Rex 700N. The kit that we used is a HB7-PUH Version 2 Gasser Conversion Kit Zenoah G260-PUH.
As we were expecting, the clutch burned out. Actually, the liner burned out because the gasser engine grips later than the nitro one.
Now, I saw that you are talking about an upgrade available in two versions.
Please tell us, where can we find this upgrade, do you have it for sale?
If you do not, please tell us what components have you used in order to make this assembly.
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
This "Clutch Updates" was for a discontinued kit, we had it 2 years ago...now its replaced with the HB7-PUH Conversion kit.
since the Trex700 clutch and clutch bell works perfect, there is no need to use the parts from Century or JR...
If you have burned the liner, i suggest to replace the liner only with the Heavy duty Liner...or even the stock liner...
I suggest to check the runout of your clutch mount...if its not set properly, it can cause this problem...
it is recommended to use the stock liner from Trex700 or the Heavy duty clutch liner...
Heavy duty clutch liner will be available through our online store within couple of days.

thanks a very happy customer
hi ali the hb7 you sent to me that i love so much . The clutch went so i ordered a quick u k and an align bell .I had to wait 2 weeks .So i tried some Tercite machine way material we have scraps at work . I glued it in the bell machined .010 clearance and stock align clutch innards . Well 2 gallons later tuck it apart and there was NO wear visible . When I do a hard knife edge turn and load it down it holds . The engagement R P M s haven't changed maybe you should check this out...
Align Trex700 clutch bell is now available with a blue color liner as stock...which performs way better than the older liner in black color from Align.
Here is the part number:
Older Align Trex 700 Liner: HN7040
http://helidirect.com/advanced_search_re...er&x=0&y=0
Newer Align Trex 700 Liner: HN7040A
http://helidirect.com/align-clutch-liner...-21982.hdx
HN7040A is already installed with all new clutch bells for the Trex700
With the stock clutch bell and above liner and the right rpm, your helicopter will not face any problem....
remember, right rpm is also the key to make every work the way its suppose to work.
I have seen few people trying to hover a Trex700 at 1450 headspeed with 700 blades....so, its not just the combination of the right parts, its also a combination of right headspeed.
anyway, good to know that your heli is working fine.
